2009 Smokin’ Barry’s Was Born
Smokin Barry’s catering begun in 2009 when slow-cooked American Barbecue was all but absent from the Melbourne food scene. It all started with a small catering job in Kinglake for some friends and has now become a thriving catering business specializing in weddings, private and corporate events.

Sure, we can all go crazy on the meat, but there are many folks who don’t dig the pig! Due to smoked Mediterranean vegetables if added to a buffet, are as popular as the meats and we smoke those vegetables the same way! We treat our veg and salad the same way we do our meats. We just make it as awesome!

You won’t see any store-bought stuff here. From our rubs, BRO sauce, salad dressings…we make it all in the house! That’s why everything is gluten-free (just skip the bread!)
